Rhea Joyce Rubin is the author of 13 books and many journal articles, book chapters and bibliographies. Her first two books, published in 1978, received the Ralph R. Shaw Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Literature of Librarianship in 1980. Rhea’s Demonstrating Results: Using Outcome Measurement in Your Library was published in January 2006 by ALA Editions. Her latest book is the second edition of Defusing the Angry Patron, published in 2011 by Neal-Schuman Publishers.
